Mr. Carl Isreal was born in Montezuma, Georgia to the late Willie Isreal Sr. and Lillian Clark Isreal on July 24, 1950. After high school, he attended Fort Valley State University. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Carolyn Johnson Isreal on December 13, 1970.
He attended the Historic D.F. Douglass High School in Montezuma, Georgia. After graduating in 1970, he enlisted in the United States Army and served from 1970 to 1979. After traveling all over the world, he returned to Montezuma, Georgia and started a career at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. To those who knew him best, he was “Bruh” or “Rut”. He was the “life of the party.” He loved to “dress to impress.” Wherever he went, he wore his Stacey Adams shoes.

She joined Travelers Rest CME Church at a young age. Sarvondre was a 1988 graduate of Macon County High School. After graduating high school, she completed courses at South Georgia Technical School to become a certified nursing assistant. Sarvondre went on to work for Pine Hill Nursing Home, and later Miona Geriatric and Dementia Center for fifteen years until she began dealing with health challenges.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Marshall Fobbs and George W. Tooke, Jr., his mother Nannie Mae Tooke, and his stepfather George W. Tooke, Sr. Timothy Allen Strickland, 58, of Ellaville, Georgia passed away Friday, November 25, 2022. Timothy loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Terry passed away on Friday, September 10, 2022, in Connecticut. She believed that every child needed and deserved love, but with that love came truth, discipline, a switch, and love…in that order. She dedicated her life to God at the ripe old age of nine years old at New Hope Baptist Church. From that time forward, she worked in the “field” of God. While in Rochester, she was a fine member of Holy Trinity Baptist Church.

On July 19, 1990, she married the love of her life, Mr. Calvin E. Banks, Sr. On September 10, 2022, she transitioned to be with the Lord. In his spare time, Sammie had a passion for writing poems and spending time with family. Following a brief illness, Sammie peacefully transitioned from this earthly life on November 28, 2022.

He later worked installing air conditioners for Safe Air until his health failed. On September 12, 2021, with the quickness of the wind, he slipped away from those who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Darrell Baker, Jr; his brother, Charlie Will Baker, Jr. and his sister, Annette Wilson. Shanita was educated in the public schools of Sumter County.
